Where to get Device Keys​

Each LoRaWAN End Device which includes software should have its OTAA and ABP Keys. In early shipped devices, we print the OTAA and ABP Keys on a sticker and attach it to the inner side of the package. We found some customers might mistake APPSKEY and AppKey, so we removed the ABP keys from recently shipped devices.

To get ABP keys from recent devices, user can use AT Command to access the device and input AT+CFG to print it. (Note, AT Command access is necessary to change device mode from OTAA to ABP, AT+NJM=0 to set to ABP mode).

If users need to bulk import the keys into their system, please contact us before purchase so we can send you the list, or send us the SN number after getting the devices.
